This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and safeguard personal data in connection with the website quickcoffees.com, the Quick Coffee mobile application, and purchases made at Quick Coffee stores, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) of Thailand ("PDPA").

2.1 Data you provide directly

• Mobile number and/or email address
• Account credentials for the mobile application
• Delivery address (only if you choose a delivery service)
• Messages, enquiries or feedback you send to us

• Order history, items purchased, selected store and order value
• Payment status and transaction reference numbers
• Device and usage information, to the extent necessary to operate and secure the service

2.3 Data we do not store

We do not store full credit or debit card numbers, expiry dates or CVV codes on our systems. Such data is processed directly by a licensed third-party payment service provider that maintains internationally recognised security standards.

3. Purposes and Legal Bases for Processing

• Performance of a contract — to receive and fulfil your orders, confirm payment, notify you of order status, and provide after-sales support.
• Legitimate interests — to prevent fraud, maintain the security of our systems, and improve the quality of our products and services.
• Compliance with legal obligations — to issue receipts and tax invoices and to retain records as required by Thai accounting and tax law.
• Your consent — to send you marketing communications and promotional offers. You may withdraw your consent at any time.

4. Disclosure of Personal Data

We do not sell your personal data. We may disclose it, only to the extent necessary, to:

• Licensed payment service providers, in order to process payments and refunds
• Cloud and technology service providers that support the operation of our application

• Transaction records and accounting documents — retained for no less than 5 years, as required by Thai accounting and tax legislation.

• The right to rectification, to keep your data accurate and up to date
• The right to erasure or destruction, where the data is no longer necessary for the stated purposes

• The right to object to the collection, use or disclosure of your data
• The right to data portability, to have your data transferred to another data controller
• The right to withdraw consent at any time
• The right to lodge a complaint with the Office of the Personal Data Protection Committee

9. Children's Data

Our services are not specifically directed at minors under the age of 20. If you are a minor, please use our services with the consent of your parent or legal guardian. If we become aware that we have collected a minor's personal data without valid consent, we will delete it promptly.
